A moving cleanout is a junk-removal visit booked before the movers arrive: the crew hauls everything that isn't making the trip — from $95 for a single item up to $750 for a full trailer — usable pieces go to local charities, and you get the exact price on site before anything moves. It's the same junk removal we run every day, pointed at a deadline.
The order of operations
Three passes, timed to the move.
Nothing here is a special program — it's ordinary cleanout work, scheduled so the movers only ever touch what's actually going.
Weeks out: decide, don't pack
Walk each room and split things three ways — coming, donating, going. The pile by the garage door doesn't need to reach the curb; we carry from wherever it sits, basement and attic included.
Days out: the cleanout visit
One visit clears the whole not-coming pile. Change your mind about a piece mid-load and we set it aside — that happens on every job and it's fine. Floors get swept before we pull out.
Moving day: only the keepers
The movers load a house that's already been decided. The couch that wasn't worth the truck space, the dead dryer, the swing set — gone days ago, not negotiated on the driveway.
What it costs
Priced by trailer space, not by the move.
Same tiers as any other job: $95–$150 for one or two items, up to $450–$750 when everything that isn't moving goes at once. Exact number on site, before we touch anything.
Photos are enough for a solid phone quote — send them through the request form and you can skip the walkthrough visit. Same-day is available when the schedule allows — usually it's next-day at the latest.

Where it goes
The furniture that didn't make the cut isn't landfill by default: usable pieces go to Habitat for Humanity and other local charities, metal and electronics get recycled, and where your junk goes names the actual destinations.
