Short version: we use what you send us to quote and schedule your job. That's all. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a list.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form — your name, phone number, email if you give one, the address of the work, and whatever you tell us about the job. Nothing is collected in the background.
What we do with it
We call or email you back about your request. If you asked for a quote, we quote it. We keep enough record to service repeat customers and honour warranties on work performed. We don't share it with anyone outside the business except the email service that delivers the message to us.
Text messages
If you give us your number, we may text you about your specific job — confirming a window, letting you know the truck is close. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop.
Getting it removed
