Quotes and pricing
Estimates given over the phone or from photos are estimates. The price becomes firm when we're on site and can see the job — you hear that number before anything is loaded, and you're free to decline at that point with nothing owed. Junk removal starts at $95.
Dumpster rentals
Rental prices include 2 days and delivery within 20 miles of Marshall. Extra days are $20 each. You're responsible for the placement surface — we'll take reasonable care, but driveways, lawns and septic fields carry risk under a loaded container and we'll discuss it before we set one down.
What can't go in
Tar, Biohazards, Lead or asbestos-containing materials, Fuels, Oil, Liquid paint, Full propane tanks. If prohibited material is found in a load, additional disposal charges may apply.
Scheduling
We give two-hour arrival windows and we work hard to hit them. Weather, breakdowns and landfill hours occasionally move things; we'll call you if that happens rather than leave you waiting.
Your things
Once an item is loaded it's gone — we can't retrieve it later. Check before we pull out. We'll stop and set anything aside if you change your mind while we're working.
