Garage Cleanouts
Yes — we clear garages across Marshall, Battle Creek and the surrounding counties and sweep the floor when the last load leaves. Most single-car garages land between $275 and $450, and a packed two-car garage runs toward a full trailer, $450–$750.
How we handle it
- Tires, scrap metal and old lumber
- Lawn equipment — riding mowers without draining the tank first
- Paint, once it's hardened (we can harden it for a small charge)
- The shelf of household chemicals — just tell us what's there
- Swept clean when the last load leaves
What a garage cleanout costs
A one-car garage is one of our half-trailer examples, $275–$450; a two-car garage is a full-trailer example, $450–$750. Price depends on volume and access, and you hear the exact number on site before we touch anything.
Rather load it yourself?
A one-car garage almost always fits our 10 yard dumpster ($375); a packed two-car garage is 20 yard territory ($525). One thing to know: tires and car batteries can't go in a rental dumpster — set them aside and we'll take them on a junk pickup.
From the reviews
Todd is awesome! He has made our life so much better. He cleaned my garage out a couple weeks ago and did my basement this weekend.
They hauled out carpet from my upstairs and junk from my basement and garage. They swept up the floors afterward. Outstanding job!!
Carried a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 HUGE TVs out of the house for me. Also loaded up a lot of trash from my garage. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
Questions
Garage cleanouts, answered.
Yes — on a junk removal pickup. Tires come up on nearly every garage cleanout, and we take them so we can handle the disposal properly. They can't go in a rental dumpster, though — set them aside and we'll grab them on a junk pickup instead.
