Hoarding Cleanouts
Homes fill up over years, for all kinds of reasons, and it's a lot to face. We clear them room by room, check with you about what stays, and haul the rest away. No judgement, just the work.
The short answer
A home that filled up over years, cleared room by room. Marshall Hauling runs hoarding cleanouts across Marshall, Battle Creek and the surrounding Calhoun, Jackson, Branch, Eaton and Kalamazoo county towns — an exact quote before anything moves, and usable goods donated rather than dumped.
What's included
- Room by room, starting wherever you want to start
- We stop and set aside anything you change your mind about
- Usable goods go to Habitat for Humanity and local charities
- An exact quote before anything moves
How it works
It starts with a walkthrough — in person or from photos — and an exact quote before anything moves. On the day, we work room by room and check with you as we go: anything you flag gets set aside, even if it's already on the way to the trailer. Changing your mind is part of the job, not a problem.
What it costs
We price by how much space your things take up in the trailer and how easy they are to get to. It's priced per trailer load, on the same tiers as any junk removal: one or two items $95–$150, a pickup load $150–$275, half a trailer $275–$450, a full trailer $450–$750. You hear the exact number on site before we start, and there's no charge for the estimate.
Where we work
Across five counties.
Every town below has its own page — delivery terms, permits and all.
Full-service junk removal starts at $95, which covers pickup and haul-away with no lifting on your end. Beyond that we price by how much space your things take up in the trailer and how easy they are to reach. You get an exact quote on site before we touch anything, and you are free to say no.
