Commercial Junk Removal

Warehouses, commercial units, shops and offices. Office furniture, a shop or warehouse cleared out, construction debris off the site, or a roll-off dumpster on the job while the work runs.

The short answer

Warehouses, commercial units, shops and offices, cleared and hauled. Marshall Hauling runs commercial junk removal across Marshall, Battle Creek and the surrounding Calhoun, Jackson, Branch, Eaton and Kalamazoo county towns — full-service work from $95, an exact quote on site before anything moves, and usable goods donated rather than dumped.

What's included

We don't wipe or destroy hard drives. Remove or wipe any drives and storage devices before pickup.

For businesses

  • Consolidated invoicing for business accounts
  • Certificate of insurance on request
  • After-hours and off-hours scheduling available

Offices

Desks, chairs, cubicle systems and conference tables carried out, along with the electronics, monitors and server equipment. Broken or outdated gear goes to a Michigan recycling station for disassembly.

Warehouses, shops and commercial units

Shelving, furniture, scrap and whatever has collected in the back. Metal is one of the easiest things for us to keep out of a landfill. Fluorescent tubes come too: tubes, CFLs and ordinary bulbs alike. Intact fluorescents travel unbroken so the trace of mercury inside stays contained on the way to proper handling.

Construction hauling

Drywall, lumber, roofing, flooring tear-out and general demo debris, picked up from the site, plus cleanup between phases. Every dump run is billable hours your crew isn't working, so we come to the site and your people stay on it.

A roll-off on the job site

For longer runs, a dumpster on site is usually the cheaper way. The 10 yard is $375 and the 20 yard is $525, with 2 days and 2 tons of disposal included; extra days are $20 each. The 20 yard is the one for ongoing contractor work. Tires, car batteries and loose dirt can't go in a rental can.

How it's priced

We price by how much space your things take up in the trailer and how easy they are to get to. Full-service work starts at $95, and you get an exact number on site before anything is touched. If the job is big enough or runs long enough, a dumpster in the driveway is often cheaper — we'll tell you if that's the case.

Where we work

Across five counties.

Every town below has its own page — delivery terms, permits and all.

If you want it gone today and you would rather not load anything, junk removal is the answer - we do the lifting and you are done in an afternoon. If you are working through a project over several days and want a container sitting in the driveway to fill at your own pace, rent the dumpster. For a one-room cleanout, hauling is usually cheaper. For a multi-day remodel, the dumpster usually is.
